Ladies and Gentlemen: Come to Gulf Shores and enjoy our world class beaches, wonderful restaurants, prolific shopping, and spectacular golf courses in this beautiful 3 year old 5BR/5BA direct Gulf front home we call "Sunflower." My goal is to provide you with the absolute best value on the beach today. Because you contacted me "owner direct", I can eliminate all "junk" fees normally charged by my property management firm in Gulf Shores (processing fees, exhorbitant cleaning fees, commissions, etc...) My customer service to you will be second to none. I want you to come back year after year! You will enjoy a completely refurbished Gulf front home which includes, 6 TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed internet access, granite countertops, beautiful furnishings, 2 Gulf front covered patios, a charcoal barbeque grill, and of course, one of the prettiest beaches in the United States. There is ample parking underneath the home for up to 6 vehicles. As you head upstairs, you will notice a beautiful living area with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens onto a Gulf front covered patio. Two bedrooms (1 King, and 1 Queen) and two baths are also located on the main floor. There is also a Full sleeper sofa. Upstairs, you will find an additional 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Twins), 3 bathrooms, and a loft area which can easily sleep two little ones on another Full sleeper sofa. Sunflower is configured to sleep 14 people! The upstairs master bedroom has its own private Gulf front covered balcony and it is truly an incredible space. There is nothing quite like waking up to the sound of the surf at your doorstep. Walk out of our home directly onto the beach and enjoy yourselves! You will not be disappointed! Posted rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a zero mark-up cleaning fee, and a $49 damage waiver deposit which will protect you against any mishaps which may occur during your stay. Vacation travel insurance is also avaialble through my website. AIG insurance company, a AAAAA rated insurance firm, is the vendor of your travel insurance and is something I highly recommend you purchase! Payment Policy: I take a $500 fully refundable deposit to reserve your vacation. Once your deposit is received, a confirmation number will be generated and a receipt detailing balance due, directions to Sunflower, and key procedures will be mailed to your address of record. Balance is due 1 week before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit if cancellation is received outside a 30 day window from vacation start date. Pro-rated refund will also be sent if vacation is cut short due to a mandatory weather evacuation.

Rules: Housetrained pets are OK. We would never dream of coming on vacation without our Standard Poodle, Jack. Please, no smoking!
