The Boathouse with its four bedrooms features two king suites, a twin bedroom on the main floor and a kids’ room which has custom-built rowboat styled bunk beds. In addition to these, there is an adjoining carriage house - “Crow’s Nest” which features a full bath, kitchen, den and a bedroom that has two twins and which can be converted into a king-size bed with an advance notice. The bathrooms are well stocked with modern amenities to add maximum comfort and convenience to your stay. The two fully equipped kitchens will fulfill all your culinary desires and there is a barbeque grill as well to gather over sizzling cookouts. Beside the ample dining space you can also enjoy al-fresco dining on the large screened porch and the deck between the main house and the guest house.
For your entertainment, this child friendly Santa Rosa Beach vacation home features several TVs along with three DVD, VCR players, cable and satellite. There are two CD/stereo systems to play your favorite music. Upstairs on the large screen deck, there is a ping-pong table to challenge your friends or family over friendly matches.
