Part of the Seascape Cottages, Mermaid, a Bandon Oregon vacation rental, sits on Bandon's South Jetty. This custom newly built 4,000sq.ft. duplex is 100 feet from the sand. Suitable for 10 guests, our 3 bedroom rental cottage in Bandon spans over two floors. On upper floor lies a master bedroom with private deck and an alcove. The living area with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a sitting area, open dining and a coast watch room with panoramic ocean view is also on the same floor. Our lower floor largely comprises of two bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well to pamper your taste buds. Designed with a blend of seascape and old craftsman style warmth, this child friendly Bandon vacation rental cottage will enhance the enjoyment of an ocean side retreat. As you step inside, you'll experience the natural beauty of Port Orford cedar used for the wainscot and ceilings throughout the cottage. With the Pacific Ocean as your back yard you have front row seating for breath taking ocean views plus a private beach access at our Bandon beachfront cottage. Golf aficionados will find this Bandon cottage near golf course the best place for indulging in their passion.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.$300 per unit. Send a separate check with final payment. Refundable within one week of your departure if unit is left in same condition as when you first occupied it.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel in the winter more than two weeks prior to your rental date for holidays more than one month for summer more than two months and we find another renter, 80% is refundable, otherwise 50% is refundable. Refundable in full if we must cancel.
