POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
Rental periods are full weeks Sunday-to-Sunday during Prime Season which is Mid-June to Mid-August.
Rates do not include South Carolina accommodation tax (11%); a 3.9% Island fee and a 3% damage fee.
A non-refundable $150 Booking Fee is required to hold the property. Once confirmation paperwork is forwarded to client, 50% of rental is due with the completed confirmation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards, personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment. Please contact owner for payment arrangements.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made more than 31 days prior to arrival date, 100% of all rental fees will be refunded.
If less then 30 days, but more than 14 days, 50% of rental will be refunded.
There are no refunds for cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival date.
Travel Insurance is advised.

Ants are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately.
Absolutely No Smoking!
We are pet friendly, but we ask that your animal companions not be allowed on the furniture.
Local and long distance calls within the continental United States are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for international long distance.
The locked hallway closet contains our personal items. Please be respectful.
Departure Guidelines:
All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.
The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months.
Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees during warmer months.
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in the outside garbage cans provided.
Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
Please close all blinds and curtains.
Lock all windows and doors.
Leave keys on kitchen table.
