Payment Policy: The rates quoted do not include state and local taxes which total 11.42%. A cleaning charge of $150 will be added for the Mahana two bedroom, $110 for the Paki Maui one bedroom and the Napili Shores studio for two guests plus $15 per additional guest, $110 for the Mahana studio, and $90 for the Papakea studio. For each week or partial week, a deposit of $750 is required to reserve your dates for the Mahana 1009, $500 for Paki Maui 408, Napili Shores A103 and Mahana 412 and $300 for Papakea C107. Full payment is due 90 days prior to check-in. Napili Shores charges a one-time check-in fee for keys and front desk service of $35. Papakea charges a one-time check-out fee for keys and front desk service of $14. Paki Maui charges $8 per night for parking. Charges for telephone calls vary between properties. As these charges can be considerable, it is advised to use a cell phone.
