Kailua-Kona VACATION Condo RENTAL PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION :
Superb location on the Big Island, with gorgeous sunset views from the lanai and steps to the pool, Jacuzzi, and La'aloa (White Sands) Beach Park across the street. This is an excellent beach for big wave boogie boarding and body surfing, with excellent snorkeling 50 yards out to the right. If you have small children, the gentle Kahalu'u Beach Park offers snorkeling in calm, shallow waters just one mile south on Ali'i Drive. Our condo comes equipped with boogie boards and some snorkel gear, but you may want to rent or buy your own at Snorkel Bob's in Kailua-Kona, where prescription goggles can be rented by the day or week. Groceries can be purchased in Kailua-Kona or at the KTA supermarket in the Keahou Shopping Center, 2 miles south on Ali'i Drive, where there is also an 8-screen Cineplex theater. We often barbeque outdoors in the common area by the pool and then eat on the lanai while viewing perfect sunsets over the Pacific. Our condo is ideal for families with children or teenagers. You will fall in love with Hawaii, we guarantee it!

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of $500 rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, or upon booking within 30 days of rental. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless a replacement booking is obtained. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the house. No running around the pool. No children under 14 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision. Condo Association rules forbid hanging laundry on lanai (porch) rail. Use drying racks provided. Dispose of garbage daily in outside dumpsters to avoid attracting ants. Park in designated parking spaces only. Save the earth. Use air conditioner only as needed.
