There are three private units that offer king, queen or twin sleeping accommodations. All units can be made interconneting if requested. The suite has a private outdoor spa.On the lush eastern Windward coast, a 30-minute drive from Waikiki, lies one of the islands best swimming beaches, Lanikai. Anchored by the town of Kailua, the peaceful area cradles elegant homes, alongside B&B s like Hawaii's Hidden Hideaway, which supplies beach towels, mats and chairs at no extra cost

Payment Policy: Rates vary from $145- $195/nt. All rates are in US Dollars.Rate does not include taxes or one time cleaning fee of $55.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our intimate size, changes and any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 days prior will be refunded their deposit less a one-day stay, if we cannot rebook the entire stay. If we can rebook, your full deposit is returned, less a $45 processing fee. Cancellations less than 14 days, will forfeit full payment unless we can rebook. Refund will be based upon the number of days we can rebook, less a $45 processing fee. All changes in reservations will be assessed an additional $25 processing fee and returned checks $45.
