The unit is situated atop mount Soldad and is 5 min. drive to the ocean and La Jolla and Pacific beach and 15 min. to downtown San Diego. It is a private home available for only 6 mo. each year during the prime season from May through December of each year. 3 mo. minimum stay. No smoking, no pets. First month rent and $1000.00 damage deposit in advance. Refundable upon inspection of property. Rent due 1st of each mo. in advance. Best suited for professional relocation,sabbatical leave or long term vacation.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: One months rent in advance. $1000.00 security deposit in advance to be refunded within 15 days of departure providing no missing item and no damage to the property.

Cancellation Policy: full refund if cancelled 60 days prior to occupancy.

Rules: Occupant must comply with all rules of the condo association. No pets or smoking allowed.
