Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds. A $200.00 deposit is required to hold the dates you request. The balance of payment is due 60 days before your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: There will be a $50.00 service fee for all cancellations. If you cancell outside of the 60 days all money except service fee will be returned to you. If you cancel within the 60 days before arrival your money will not be refunded unless these dates are re booked.

Rules: Pick up the house rules and the office and all house rules must be followed. There are no pets allowed in the complex. One free parking space per unit.
